Yin yoga is practised sitting or lying on the floor. There are no planks, no warriors, no core work. No dynamic sun salutations. No standing poses. The pace is slow, so you need to wear comfortable, warm clothes and maybe keep your socks on. Poses are held for between 2 minutes - 5 minutes and props are sometimes used to ensure comfort throughout. Classes are £8 per person, all props are provided (you only need to bring your mat) and there is only 12 places per class so if interested in attending please let me know to book your place.
