Martin & Emma from Your Next Move Fitness Training are launching in our new home town of Arundel. On Monday evenings 18:30-19:15 at Arundel Football Club's function room we will be leading a HIIT session. High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique that involves intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This time efficient, fat burning and muscle building work out is a perfect way to kick start the New Year!
