Big House at the Jailhouse

Thursday, 26th Mar 2020 7:30pm - 11:00pm
Arundel Jailhouse, Dukes Path, off High Street
Never mind the health climate, the political climate or even the climate climate, there is only one thing you need to focus on this month, and that's the album launch of your favourite Jailhouse band, Big House.

After a long gestation but a relatively short birth "Freedom" is ready to hear, to buy, to enjoy. "It's a joy" was the first review, "It made me cry" came back the second, demonstrating the range of emotions wrought by the varied moods and genres the album embraces. Full of energy and melody the album is guaranteed to lift even the most dejected of spirits; to reconnect you with the beauty and wonder of life as experienced through music. We defy you not to enjoy our offering :-)

What's more, to twist the pleasure level beyond 10, we're making a party of it all. So the doors will be open at 19:30 for nibbles and tiddles, titters and fritters, chit-chat, natter and noodle. Then music at 20:30 with the chance to buy the CD (though it is available digitally on Amazon, iTunes etc if you can't wait that long!).

If, like us, you can't wait, then don't! We'll be playing at the Steam Packet in Littlehampton on 13th March and at the Hare & Hounds in Worthing on 17th March so come along to those. And then finish it all off avec la piece-de-resistance, the album launch party at the Jailhouse on 26th March.

Strongly recommend booking - note there is a new booking system for Jazz nights at the Jailhouse so use the link provided below:
