Phoenix Big Band rehearses at the Victoria Institute alternate Thursdays

We are a traditional Big Band playing music including Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman as well as Rock 'n Roll, Beatles ABBA, Michael Jackson and many more styles.

Our line up is 4 Trumpets, 4 Trombones, 5 Saxophones, Bass, Drums, Piano, Guitar and Singer/Vocals

We always welcome musicians who may be interested in joining us, rehearsals are great fun and everyone is welcome.

All members of the Band must also be members of the Victoria Institute £5 single person or £7 married couple per year.

We are available for Dances, Concerts, Weddings and many other occasions to make special, our library contains over 700 pieces of music.
