Hanger Down House is a family run Bed & Breakfast and was formerly the gardens for The Priory, part of the original building dating back to 1760. It is in a quiet, picturesque location, surrounded by fields but only 3 minutes drive from Arundel Town or 20 minutes walk along one of the scenic country footpaths.

Arundel has a magnificent Castle with idyllic gardens and breathtaking Cathedral, which tower over the abundance of quaint tea rooms, antique shops and restaurants, that  compliment our beautiful historic town. We are also only 3 miles from the nearest Seaside, which offers lovely sandy beaches and chartered fishing trips.

Our two, newly converted, kingsize bedded rooms, are stylishly furnished with oak floors, leather bedsteads and chunky rustic furniture. Both rooms have beautiful Victorian en suite shower rooms, with electric shaver points; tea & coffee facilities; fridges with freezer compartment; wall mounted Freeview LCD TV's; hairdryers and comfortable leather sofas. Our larger room is suitable for families, sleeping up to 2 additional children on a full-size double sofa-bed.

Traditional full cooked English breakfast or Continental are served in our light and spacious breakfast room, where there is also a pool table for those with a few moments to spare!;

We have plenty of off-road parking on our Private driveway & we are able to provide secure storage for those with cycles, as there are many official cycle routes nearby.
Cycle hire can also be arranged locally & delivered on sight, with prior notice. Please enquire.

Sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets and have a "No Smoking"  policy indoors.

Friday & Saturday, double rooms are £80.00 per night, inclusive of breakfast (no single concessions).
Sunday to Thursday, double rooms are £70.00 per night, single £60.00, inclusive of breakfast (ex Bank Holidays).
Additional children sharing a room with parents, £15.00 each.
